Another successful project completed by Dave\\\'s Remodeling, Inc- This is the fourth project I have completed with Dave\\\'s Remodeling and all have been done in a timely and excellent manner.

The project at my residence was all outside and included:

1. Painting exterior of the house and pool house. Before painting the "prep" work was incredibly efficient and uncover various stucco and wood items that needed fixing.

2. Replacing and or "treating" wood in an outside gazebo.

3. Installing new plywood all around eves of the house.

4. Replacing "water down" wood sidings around the front of the house.

5. Installing a new rough iron fence at the entrance of the patio.

6.Replacing 2 planters with red brick, including demolishing existing wall and building a new higher wall.

7 Laying individual red brick to a large portion of existing patio covered by grass and finishing brick with a small block wall with it\\\'s appropriate foundation.
The work was completed on time and on budget (with the exception of additional items which surfaced during construction but were priced later very fair). The crew working on the project came to work EVERYDAY and was very professional. The management review conducted by Dave was also very "hands on". With the exception of the iron gate, which was also aided by the crew foreman, the entire work was completed by the same crew. The project took 2 months to complete which was exactly the estimated time given to me by Dave at time of signing the contract.

As you can see from my comments above the entire project was done to my satisfaction and even though there were many different items to complete, there was a "system" to get everything done and did not seem to be a lot of wasted time. Another important factor was the fact that the construction areas were left pretty clean every day.

I hired Dave\'s Remodeling to update my kitchen. They removed the old countertop and installed a granite countertop along with a new sink and faucet. Additionally, they refinished my cabinets and installed new hinges and handles.

Work began on schedule. I had my appointment for the estimate on March 12, I signed the contract that day and work began on the 14th. Dave called prior to any work starting to give me the schedule and a time frame as to when I could expect the workers to arrive. Additionally I was given his cell phone to reach him if necessary. The crews were always on time. Each day they covered the carpet and areas where they would not be working. At the end of the day they made sure everything was cleaned up. Dave came by each day the crews were at my home to check on the progress. He answered any questions I had about work being performed. I had one concern regarding my existing hinges and as a result we agreed that they would be replaced. I paid the cost to purchase the hinges. The entire job took about three and a half days. This was due to the scheduling by Dave. He kept things moving and as a result I had minimal disruption. I knew the schedule from start to finish. I am very happy with the quality of the work and very pleased with the fact that it could be completed as quickly as it was

We found Dave to be especially knowledgeable about fulfilling our expectations. He was not only helpful, but assisted getting the most use of the space available. His ideas and design improvement were excellent and we found him to be very knowledgeable and aware of what we needed. Our communication with each other was always at its highest and was very adaptable as to changes and corrections as we became aware of them.

The workers were hard working professionals, clean and very easy to communicate with. They were time conscious and worked within our time restraints with minimum impact on our daily life. I would certainly recommend Dave and his crew for any major remodeling needed to improve your home and of course we will use Dave again for our next remodel

After interviewing and collecting several quotations for a remodeling job, we selected Dave's Remodeling, not because they were the least expensive (they weren't), but because of the personal commitment by Dave himself to stay on top of the job, guaranteeing our satisfaction. He was true to his word. Initially he was on-site every day acting as the go-between with his workers and my wife and I, and for those days he was not on-site, we talked by phone several times/day. They tore up the old floor tile in the entryway, hallway, downstairs bathroom and kitchen, and added new tile that we had selected, along with a new backsplash, plus a new island in the kitchen, and added granite countertops. The work was done promptly, professionally, and the clean-up was thorough. In addition he retiled the master bathroom.

Excellent job, I highly recommend him, and most certainly would use him again for future projects.

I decided to get a new roof this year. I had not had any work done to

my roof in many years and did not have a relationship with a company or

contractor that did this kind of work. I had heard horror stories from many

people regarding dealing with contractors, and therefore proceeded carefully

and cautiously in my search to find an exemplary construction company.

I began by interviewing representatives from 5 different companies.

Most were pushy, arm-twisting salespeople who made me uncomfortable.

David Telem, was the fifth person I interviewed. Upon

meeting him I sensed a difference. David was professional in his approach and

presentation. He listened carefully to my wishes and concerns. While letting

me know that his company wanted my business, I felt no pressure from him

and sensed that he was someone I could trust. He assured me that if I

entrusted his company with the job, the work would be performed in a manner

that would be satisfactory to me. I believed him. Consequently, I hired

David’s company to do the job.

David was true to his word. He provided excellent leadership and follow

through on the job. Everything he said would happen relative to 1) when the

project would start/be completed; 2) materials that would be used; 3) the

quality of the job; 4) proper clean-up; 5) the ability to reach out to him with

any concerns during the process; all happened. David’s workers were hardworking,

polite and respectful of my property. They did a fantastic job of

replacing my roof.

I am extremely pleased with my new roof. Without question, I will hire

David Telem and his team for all future work on my property. I strongly

recommend David’s services to anyone who seeks professional, high-quality,

first-class home improvement services. I am pleased to grant David Telem

my highest endorsement.

Daves remodeling did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. David had an eye for creating a new kitchen layout which took our 70s kitchen into a new modern one. The new custom cabinets are beautiful and every inch of our kitchen was designed and built to our satisfaction. Friends cant believe our before and after kitchen. I am so happy with David and his crew and would recommend them to everyone. Our next project would definitely be with David.

I’ve been in my house for over 15 years and it was about time I got a new kitchen floor. I wasn’t sure where to begin. I found Dave’s Remodeling, and I’m sure glad that I did. They helped me find the best floor for my needs and my budget. And because working with the designers and technicians at Dave’s was so easy, I also had my kitchen painted and my cabinets done. If you need repairs, you have to Dave’s Remodeling…they are seriously THE BEST!

My wife has been bugging me to remodel our house for years, but I wanted to do it myself. When I went to the home improvement store to start pricing out materials, I felt completely overwhelmed. I wasn’t sure if I could do this myself. Then I came across an ad for Dave’s remodeling. Not only were their prices affordable, but their list of services was huge! They were able to make every repair and change that I needed. Now my wife is happy, and so am I!

The office recently downsized and I was asked to start working from home to save costs. I didn’t really want to work in the living room. Our kids had moved out of the house and I thought maybe one of their rooms would make a good office. Dave’s Remodeling was able to help me transform the extra bedroom into the perfect at home work space by adding built in shelving, new paint and converting the closet into the perfect printer station.
